I care deeply about social and environmental systems and how tools can shape more open and equitable futures.
I’m a design director working within systems that need to shift. My work is shaped by a deep interest in how infrastructure, culture, and technology overlap.
Currently, I lead design at BuildQ, where we’re reimagining how sustainable infrastructure is financed – accelerating the clean energy transition through better data and information.
My background spans startup, corporate, and cultural ecosystems. Recently, I’ve built global event tools at Google, design systems at IBM, and community programming within Nike and Omek. Across these contexts, my focus remains the same: designing for long-term change in ways deeply informed by social and technical systems.
As a design leader, I work across platforms and programs, shaping how we gather, learn, and build. I’m adept at the full design cycle, from early research and discovery to launching and scaling products. I thrive in small teams, where I guide both the product experience and the design processes that support it.
I bring a sharp instinct for evaluating ideas, knowing what’s viable, what needs time, and what to leave behind. I’m energized by early-stage ambiguity, when direction is still unfolding and possibilities are open. My leadership blends strategic thinking with presence, and I help teams navigate complexity by aligning around what matters most.
I’ve lived and worked across the US and Europe, and am currently based in Rotterdam. This cross-cultural experience continues to shape how I think, lead, and design.
I’m always happy to connect, let’s talk.
