As a design director, I embed with teams to shape products from the ground up. My experience spans platforms for sustainable infrastructure, financial services and workforce development.

I thrive in small teams where I can guide both the design vision and the hands-on craft behind it. I bring deep experience nurturing early-stage ideas and help move products forward — from research and discovery to launching and scaling.

Most recently, I’ve been leading product design at BuildQ, where we’re reimagining how sustainable infrastructure is financed. Previously, I’ve built global tools at Google, design systems at IBM and Carta, and professional development programs for Omek within Nike, Patagonia and Foot Locker.

I’ve lived and worked across the US and Europe, and am currently based in Rotterdam. That cross-cultural experience shapes how I think, design and lead.
